DanceWorx
Impact’s competitive team, DanceWorx, is comprised of 5 teams, broken out by age group and level. Students who wish to take their dancing to the next level are given the opportunity to grow and develop their performance skills through competition. Competition allows the dancer to perform more frequently and teaches them the importance of thriving under pressure, working together as a team and honing their craft. DWX members are also required to attend 1-2 conventions per season, giving our dancers the opportunity to take class from teachers who are currently working professionally. Being a part of our competition team helps a dancer build their confidence while simultaneously becoming a well-rounded individual and well-trained performer.
Our Teams.
Silver.
Our most advanced team, Silver is required to participate in 5 rehearsals per week, in addition to taking weekly ballet, jazz and modern classes.
Green.
Our intermediate team Green, is required to participate in 3 rehearsals per week in addition to taking weekly ballet, jazz and modern classes.
Purple.
Our next highest level team, Purple is required to participate in 4 rehearsals per week, in addition to taking weekly ballet, jazz and modern classes.
Blue.
Our beginner team Blue, is required to participate in 1 rehearsal per week in addition to taking weekly ballet, jazz and modern classes.
Hip Hop.
Our sole focused Hip Hop team is required to participate in 1 rehearsal per week in addition to taking weekly hip hop classes.

Yellow - Introductory | Minis (Ages 5-10)
Blue - Beginner | Minis/Juniors (Ages 7-12)
Green - Intermediate | Juniors/Teens (Ages 11-16)
Purple - Advanced | Teens (Ages 12-17)
Silver - Professional/Advanced | Teens/Seniors (Ages 13-18)
Hip Hop - Intermediate/Advanced | Juniors/Teens/Seniors (Ages 11-18)
